In the making

I thought that it would be a good week to announce our special news; the time feels right anyway. Especially as our little bean has officially moved from embryo to fetus as we reached week 9 of our pregnancy.
You guessed it, we're going to have a baby!!!
I could not be more excited about this news and have been having a hard time keeping it a secret (even though we've told quite a few people, and I said it would be easy to keep it a secret until we know the gender).
We are due March 11, 2012. 9 weeks along today. So far everything looks good and we get to go in on the 16th and hear the heart beat. Could not be more excited than I am now.
Of course along with the excitement comes the nerves. Will we have enough money? Are we going to be good parents?
I am confident that we will have everything that we need, and that we'll learn quick enough what kind of parents we will be. That being said, I don't want advice. AJ and I both firmly believe that we will be fit parents, and that even though you may be great parents to YOUR kids, that doesn't automatically make you great parents to OURS.
Aside from the occasional bout of morning sickness (thank heaven for preggie pops!) and the occasional moodiness and crying spells, I feel very lucky and grateful that I have so far had a pretty easy pregnancy. I was scared that because my mom was so sick during hers, that I would be too, but its been a fairly easy 9 weeks.
I have already started adding things to my baby registry, mostly the big stuff, and mostly just so I can keep track of the things I'd like to get and that I think are necessary. I'm not going to get a lot of things that they list as needs because they have ridiculously long lists. I am however really excited about the nursery.
