Anniversary Number Two

I am so excited to be celebrating the completion of our 2nd year together as Husband and Wife. I am one of the luckiest people in the world to have found such an amazing man to share my life with. He is not only one of the funniest most charming people I know, but he is also the most amazing and wonderful provider. He goes to so many lengths to take care of me that I am just in awe of this man. I am so glad to be spending eternity with him.
There is no other way to describe my feelings for him other than the purest love anyone can imagine. Being married is really hard but also the most rewarding thing in my life so far. AJ and I don't always agree on everything, and we don't always get along, but I think that makes us stronger. I've learned so much from him and it has truly changed the person that I am for the better.
Two years ago tomorrow I pledged my whole self to this man, and I have no regrets. I used to think all the time about what life would have been like if I had ended up with someone else, and I can honestly say that I don't think anyone would have made me as happy as I am now. Life is wonderful, and I wouldn't trade him for anyone in the world. (Not even Bruce Wayne, my first love.)
Two years down, eternity to go. I love you AJ.

once again

Life just seems to be getting away from me so here's three more

7-a deceased person you admire
For those of you familiar with the Bible, I chose Queen Esther. What a strong woman! Willing to risk her life for what she believed in. I only hope that in a similar situation I would be strong enough to open my mouth, even if I'm afraid of what might happen if I do.

8-the best advice your dad ever gave you.
This is hard because I'll admit that I don't usually go to my dad for advice. The best thing I can think of is any advice he's given me about my husband is usually great advice.

9-Your biggest fear
I have a lot of fears. Mostly of being not enough. Like not being good enough for AJ, for not being religious enough. You know... the regular worries of a perfectionist

life gets to be so busy

Life has suddenly become a little crazy for us Sovine's. Hence why these will almost all be a few at once I think.

4- your favorite person to be around.
Well I'm going to go ahead and say that AJ is my favorite person. But I love him so I am pretty biased. All that aside though, AJ is really cool! He loves some funny things, but they only make me love him that much more. He is always so much fun (even when he's being annoying), and almost always is really cute and affectionate... at least at home.
Other than that... I'm calling it a tie between all of our family. Family is #1 in my book and I feel very fortunate to be so close to all 3 of our families. Not just in the # of miles either, but I feel like we can go to family for anything. We have the greatest support system ever. Special props to my 3 moms. All are so similar, and yet so different, with different skills that I hope to pick up on.

5-your most dreaded household chore
Dishes.
I hate dishes.
They smell.
They are never ending.
They are icky.
I hate dishes

6-create your life soundtrack
the only song i will put on here (mostly because I'm way too lazy to really think this out) is Then by Brad Paisley. It is exactly how I feel about AJ. especially the line that says "What I can't see is how I'm ever going to love you more, but I've said that before"

Well that is it for tonight Folks.

I forgot

I forgot that I was going to do that 30 day thing. Life has suddenly become so very stressful and busy. So here is a few of them in one day.

1 a favorite childhood memory with your siblings.
well growing up with two brothers was a little bit of a chore. They are also a little bit older than I am (51/2 years between me and Brent and 7 between me and Eric) so I was always the annoying little sister. However some of my best memories are from when I got to play with them. We used to play predator in the back lawn of Target right after it was built. It was always a ton of fun especially being allowed to play with the bigger kids.
as always Christmas is one of those very nice memories. Just for the record I am a really deep sleeper and will sleep as late as possible, even if i got to sleep at a decent hour. Christmas is no different, but Eric and Brent would always come up to my room at like 3 in the morning and jump on my bed to wake me up so that I would go wake up my parents. That was always really fun.

2 15 things you adore about your spouse
  1. AJ is very handsome
  2. i love it when we kiss and pull back and he has this cute little crooked smile on his face and will stare at me for a few minutes
  3. AJ is so smart when it comes to the gospel
  4. he is the best cuddler ever!!
  5. I never feel more safe than when I am with him.
  6. i love that he is so spontaneous sometimes
  7. he get very passionate about things
  8. he is really good with money
  9. he is very selfless when he has the mind to be
  10. he is all about family, and he will give anything and everything for his family
  11. he has amazing taste in music
  12. he spoils me
  13. i love that he is so annoying sometimes
  14. he loves BYU almost as much as family
  15. i love that he can't keep himself from looking up spoilers to movies that we want to see and other movie news.

3 a regret you have from high school.

I really wish that I had tried harder. I feel like I wasted so much on friends and having a good time in high school when i should have been learning.
the rest of my regrets are much too personal.
