First of all, Valentine's Day for us didn't occur on the 14th... because I had to work. So we celebrated on the 26th and 27th. Having a weekend to celebrate in the most amazing love affair known to mankind was the best idea ever. It was so nice just to have 2 days with no phones, no friends, no family: all alone.
We slept in, we were lazy, we were loving, and we had a romantic dinner for two consisting of a large pizza from Pier 49. MMmm MMMmm good.
I love my husband because I don't have to get him anything big to make Valentine's Day fantastic for him... and I also love him because... he knows what I like.
Thats got to be like 20 pounds of chocolate.... ps... there are like 3 bags of reese's, dove, snickers, milky ways, and twix each under the stuff thats on top..... and no we don't ever make our bed(unless i change the sheets)
