11 months

So I guess it's been a while since I have posted anything so here we go.

My 11 month old baby boy is so awesome and we love him so much. He has 5 almost 6 teeth.
He can walk along the furniture and with his 3 walkers that he got for Christmas ( not spoiled at all ) he could probably walk for real but thinks better of it.
He can stand all by himself without holding on to anything.
He sleeps through the night. As grumpy as I am in the morning he is usually pretty happy, especially after a nice long nap.
He loves bath time and could stay in there for hours.
His best friend is Hollie, he loves her, in fact when we went swimming last week with the Zufelts he hugged her and gave her a big open mouthed kiss.
He loves brushing his teeth.
He has one of the best personalities ever and we love him a lot, he is a little bit of a daddy's boy unless he is tired or gets a bonk but that's okay because they are so cute together.
As for us we are doing well, I love my life as a stay at home mommy and AJ is enjoying his classes and work.

Happy Halloween!
This post is about a week overdue but here is my little 8 month old baby boy! He lights up our lives!
Treyson is crawling, chattering, pulling himself up to standing on the furniture, smiling, laughing, eating 3 meals a day, and loving every minute of life.
He currently has 2 teeth and 1 very close to breaking through.
He loves dogs, cats, and other babies, and pretty girls (what a flirt!).
His favorite food is Turkey and veggies. He also loves white grape juice.
He is currently probably a little over 20 pounds and in size 3 diapers, 6-9 month clothes though not for much longer.
He loves playing with Daddy!
Bath time is his favorite and he will stay in the tub for hours if we let him!

Birthday fun

So just days before my birthday Treyson turned 7 months old. He has become this really exciting little person. He is so close to crawling and is even cutting 2 teeth!! His personality is really blossoming lately. I feel so blessed to be able to call him my baby boy.
It would be really hard to post this without acknowledging a change that took place in my life; a change that came from a little boy.
For a little while I had been having a really hard time, Treyson was getting up at least twice every night and I was feeiling very sleep deprived and honestly I was angry when I had to get up with him.
Then I saw the post on Becca's Facebook; her precious baby boy had passed away at just 2 months old. I think I cried off and on that whole week. That was by far the hardest funeral I have ever had the opportunity to attend. I can't even pretend to imagine what Becca has been feeling since that day.
However, it did bless my life. I have been able to cherish every moment since then with Treyson. My heart goes out to my friend, but it has truly changed my life and my perspective on the "difficulties" of being a mom.

I was able to celebrate my 23rd birthday yesterday. I had such a good day. Aj bought me an iPhone5 for my birthday, so generous of him. I was also able to have a small girls night which was so much fun!! Thank you Whitney, Ceason, and Katelyn for coming over!

Life has been fairly normal other wise; work, school, baby for Aj and just baby for me. It's been wonderful just to be a little family.

6 months

I am so in love with this little boy
OK so here is the 6 month low down.

Treyson is pretty much crawling... terrifying I know! He has this little army crawl that he can do really fast now and even gets up on his hands and knees and rocks back and forth.
He loves his binky and everything else comes 2nd on his list... except food.
He's trying really hard to learn to get to a sitting position by himself, but once he's there he can sit up for quite a while, though he doesn't very often because there are just too many things to see and do.
His favorite foods are sweet potatoes, oatmeal, bananas.
He gives very slobbery kisses.
He laughs really hard when you tickle him or play peek-a-boo with him or when mommy is trying to nurse him to sleep and Daddy keeps trying to talk to him.
He loves to help type on the computer... or play with Daddy's Ipad.
Naps are aweful.
Baths are awesome.

basically life is good.

Just Call Me Angel

Life with this precious boy is so wonderful, and so very tiring. He is so smiley and giggly and he is almost always happy. It's so much fun to watch him reach for toys and roll or scoot his way towards things that he wants.
He is also very needy sometimes. He doesn't like to be left alone for too long or to be ignored and he really hates it when you put him down so that you can go to the bathroom or make dinner :)
We did, however, get him this wonderful jumper, that he loves. It was long overdue and has quickly become very popular in our house. He still doesn't like to be left alone though. He much prefers to show off to Mom and Dad all of the cool things that this toy does, but if you smile at him and let him play he gets a look of pure joy on his face.
We love to play with the Zufelts and REALLY love watching Treyson and Hollie interact. This is a common sight: Treyson all smiles and Hollie angry (notice that she is flipping AJ the bird lol)

Life as a parent is pretty much wonderfully tiring.

I love this face!

The last four months have been some of the most amazing of my life. Treyson has learned to do so much:
smile
laugh
grasp
roll onto his tummy
blow raspberries
eat solids
sleep through the night
recognize mommy and daddy

Even though being a mommy is really hard and sometimes very tiring, it is so worth it. I would not trade my little man for anything. He is such a blessing in our lives.
